Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: all our products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Domestic Shipping Rates (within Canada)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the quantity of products ordered. Our shipping prices range from $4.99 to $12.99. Purchases over $100 include free shipping.
Estimated delivery times once your order is processed is approximately 3 - 9 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Expediated shipping option is available for extra charge. Estimated delivery times for this option is approximately 1 - 4 business days, depending on the carrier and delivery destination.
International Shipping (to the US ONLY)
As of August 29, 2025, tariffs will apply to our products shipped to the United States. We want to make this simple and stress-free for you — we prepay all applicable tariffs and duties. Please note that shipping times are longer than usual as carriers adjust to the new regulations. We are working with our carriers to reduce transit times.
At this time, we only offer international shipping to the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
